Welcome to our website.

               The 'NEW' NEPRA - NAR Section 614 has been chartered by original members of the Northeast Pennsylvania Rocketry Association as well as other concerned members of the rocketry community. The name has been changed slightly to reflect the recent (new) chartering but we have maintained the original section number NAR #614. Approximately three years after the flying field was lost to a housing development, NEPRA's National Association of Rocketry charter was not renewed and the club was dormant. The club now consists of a small, investigational, group and is currently seeking a place to fly rockets in the mid to high power range; preferably in Northeast Pennsylvania. Concurrently, we are planning to offer open membership, networking/media site, educational experiences and a meeting schedule; hopefully before the 2012 flying season.
